Important Notice:

To our valued members,

During the most trying times of COVID, we worked with our Regulators to find ways to help our members during lockdown and beyond. This included paying bills over the phone, transferring funds, etc. We wish to note that these exceptions were made, with COVID 19 safety in mind. While we intend to continue following Provincial guidelines with masking, the continued use of plexiglass protection and continued disinfection of high traffic areas, we must end the paying of bills and account transfers that are happening over the phone. Please note again that this was a TEMPORARY measure, put in place in response to the pandemic.

We are increasing the number of people allowed in the branch to five (still maintaining a 6-foot distance) and our hours are back to regular business hours. Members will now be required to come into the branch if they wish to pay bills or transfer funds. Also, anyone not able to do so can be signed up to online banking.

We offer our sincere gratitude to everyone who worked so hard following the COVID restrictions and recommendations. Together we have made it possible for us to enjoy a new normal!

Lost or Stolen Cards

If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can immediately prevent any unauthorized transactions by using Lock’N’Block.

Once you’ve locked your card and blocked any transactions, you will still need to report your card as lost or stolen by calling 1-888-277-1043 or call the branch 902-226-2288
